Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Water Operations Operator to support safe, reliable operation of water treatment systems, pumping stations, wells, and distribution assets in the UAE. You will monitor controls, respond to alarms, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety rules across the plant and site.

You will handle control-room monitoring, water quality checks, and operational reporting, contributing to continuous improvement and teamwork within the water utilities team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience in water treatment, pumping stations, wells, and water distribution.
• Knowledge of RO processes and SOPs.
• Ability to interpret water quality test results.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Ability to respond to alarms and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control equipment and systems within water treatment and distribution.
• Monitor control panels, instrumentation, and SCADA systems.
• Respond to alarms and operational emergencies.
• Maintain logs, maintenance records, and water quality data.
• Monitor KPIs and support performance improvement.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and emergency procedures.
