Job summary

Chanel in Dubai seeks a Watches & Fine Jewellery Product Merchandising Executive to shape merchandising strategy across the Middle East. You will analyze product categories, forecast demand, and optimise assortments and stock allocation to maximise sales.

You will partner with Europe Merchandising and Retail teams to implement local market assortments, monitor stock levels, and drive launches and rebalances with rigorous forecasting and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimise assortment and model stock across boutiques and Retail Partners to ensure availability.
• Monitor product performance, trends, and stock levels; prepare weekly/monthly reviews and action plans.
• Coordinate with Partners on orders, replenishments, and stock alignment with business objectives.
• Lead forecasting, stock rebalancing, and product launches with cross-functional teams.
