CHANEL in the UAE is hiring a Hybrid Retail Marketing & Client Experience Executive, based between the Regional HQ and three boutiques (Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi). You will coordinate boutique marketing activations, hospitality, client treatment and gifting, aligning with WFJ strategies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Retail Marketing, Client Experience, CRM, Events or Luxury Retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Coordinate boutique marketing activations and events, hospitality, client treatment and gifting initiatives.
• Act as a link between regional office and boutiques with regular on-site presence (2 days in office, 3 days across boutiques).
• Translate client insights into relevant clienteling and engagement actions.
• Collaborate with Retail, CRM, High-End, Visual Merchandising and other teams to ensure consistent execution of WFJ Client Experience strategy.
• Monitor performance of boutique marketing initiatives and client activations and identify opportunities for improvement.
