CHANEL in Dubai is seeking a WFJ Retail Marketing and Client Experience Executive to bridge regional marketing with boutique operations and elevate the client journey across three CHANEL boutiques.

You will coordinate boutique marketing activations, events, hospitality, client treatment and gifting, translating client insights into impactful, data-driven client engagements. This is a hybrid role with office time and on-site boutique presence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Client Experience, CRM, Events or Luxury Retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key partner for Boutique Management and Sales Assistants on CRM and boutique support.
• Capture feedback and client insights from boutiques and translate into actionable recommendations for regional Marketing.
• Support boutiques in translating client insights into relevant clienteling and engagement actions.
• Partner with Boutique and CRM teams on event strategy including targeting, invitations, management and follow-up.
• Coordinate Retail Marketing initiatives and boutique animation plans aligned with regional priorities.
• Coordinate boutique events and activations from planning through execution.
• Drive implementation of hospitality guidelines and client treatment initiatives across boutique touchpoints.
• Coordinate client gifting strategy including allocations, deployment, tracking and feedback.
• Monitor performance of boutique marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Retail CRM, High-End Visual Merchandising and other teams to ensure consistent execution of the wfj Client Experience strategy.
