Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Team Member to supervise waste management operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in a fast-paced setting. You will deploy General Assistants, monitor the team, and coordinate waste collection processes across facilities.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in catering or airline environments, with a basic understanding of English and a readiness to work on-site.

Qualifications

• Basic written and spoken English required.
• Demonstrated team leadership and willingness to work hard.
• Familiarity with counting, weights and basic measurements.

Responsabilités

• Assign and deploy General Assistants to waste collection areas.
• Monitor GA team and supervise collection, sorting, and transport of waste.
• Ensure compliance with safe equipment operation and procedures.
• Sort, store, and hand over recovered materials to recycling contractors with accurate records.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and environmental standards across all tasks and areas.
• Coordinate workload and rosters to ensure smooth operations.
