Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai is seeking a diligent Team Member for Airside Operations to support aircraft loading and turnaround on-site. You will follow Galley Loading Plans, SOPs, and safety rules while coordinating with team leaders to ensure timely, safe aircraft movements.

The role requires at least one year in food or logistics, good English communication and strong teamwork in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food or logistics industry, airline catering preferred.
• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Execute aircraft loading and offloading activities accurately and on time.
• Safely operate and marshal high loaders in compliance with regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
• Adhere to airside safety procedures, regulations, and company policies to maintain a zero-incident environment.
• Coordinate effectively with team leaders to support on-time aircraft turnaround.
• Communicate operational status, issues or hazards promptly to the Team Leader.
• Elevate any incident or safety concern immediately to the Team Leader.
• Follow the Quality Policy and ISO 9001:2000 standards and comply with department procedures.
• Maintain mandatory training and PPE compliance.

Job Description / Role:

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a dedicated Team Member for Airside Operations. This role is responsible for executing aircraft loading and offloading activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting on-time aircraft turnaround within the airside environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute aircraft loading and offloading activities accurately and on time in accordance with Galley Loading Plans (GLP), SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Safely operate and marshal high loaders in compliance with airside regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
• Adhere to all airside safety procedures, regulations, and company policies to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
• Support on-time aircraft turnaround by coordinating effectively with team leaders and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with team leaders, promptly communicating operational status, issues or hazards.
• Immediately elevate any incident or safety concern to the Team Leader without delay.
• Follow the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance ISO 9001:2000 international standards and executes his responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
• Maintain personal compliance with mandatory training, certifications, PPE.

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the food or logistics industry, experience in airline catering is preferred.

Education Qualifications:

Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
