Job summary

Vertiv in Dubai, United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Logistics Dispatcher to plan, schedule, and coordinate daily dispatch activities for container, air, and road shipments, ensuring loading aligns with schedules and customer requirements.

You will verify quantities, packing details and dispatch docs, coordinate with providers, manage warehouse storage, track pallet movements, and maintain FIFO while supporting audits and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and coordinate dispatch for multi-modal shipments.
• Experience with warehouse storage management and stock accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate daily dispatch activities for container, air, and road shipments.
• Verify shipment quantities, packing details and dispatch documentation prior to vehicle release.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, transporters and freight forwarders to ensure timely dispatch.
• Manage storage of packed pallets and finished goods in the warehouse; maintain accurate stock records.
• Track pallet movements from production to dispatch; ensure FIFO compliance.
• Support container stuffing operations and optimize container utilization.

• Ensure all shipments are loaded in line with dispatch schedules and customer requirements.
• Prepare and issue gate passes for all outgoing shipments.
• Verify shipment quantities, packing details, and dispatch documentation prior to vehicle release.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, transporters, and freight forwarders to ensure timely dispatch.
• Manage storage of packed pallets and finished goods in the warehouse.
• Allocate and maintain accurate storage locations for all packed pallets.
• Update pallet location details accurately in the VRAK system.
• Track pallet movement from production, packing, storage, and dispatch stages.
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and traceability of all pallets.
• Monitor warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and support stock reconciliation activities.
• Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance during storage and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate with production, planning, engineering, and logistics teams to achieve shipment targets.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and warehouse reports, logs, and documentation.

• Monitor finished goods inventory and provide daily stock status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.
