Job summary

Savola Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead in the United Arab Emirates to oversee inbound, outbound and inventory activities. The role involves supervising the team, ensuring accurate stock records, and coordinating with departments on OOS items.

You will manage daily warehouse operations, handle slow movers and absolute inventory, and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance during all issuing activities, while maintaining production and stock reports for performance review.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound, outbound and inventory operations in the warehouse.
• Oversee inbound put-away, space optimization, production issuance and issuing orders.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and manage the warehouse team to complete tasks.
• Handle slow movers and absolute inventory items with proper controls.
• Report all inventory related tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate OOS items to the relevant departments for action.
• Dispose stock and prepare stock destruction reports as required.
• Verify production reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance during all issuing activities.

Job description

• Lead warehouse’s inbound, outbound & inventory operation


• To supervise the operation i.e. inbound Put-away, Space creation in the warehouse production issuance, export order picking, local sales order picking, stagging of picked orders, GRVs receiving, finished goods receiving from production, replenishment and local sales picking and staging.


• To handle team and get the required work done.


• To supervise day to day operation


• Should be able to handle Slow movers and absolute inventory.


• Should be able to report all inventory related tasks.


• Should be able to communicate OOS items to relevant department.


• Should be able to handle dispose stock, prepare stock destruction reports.


• To verify production reports


• To make sure that FIFO- FEFO is followed during all the issuance activities.
