Job summary

Acino Pharma in Dubai is seeking a warehouse operative to ensure cGMP compliance and efficient warehouse operations. You will handle receipt, inspection, dedusting, and storage of shipments, maintain inventory, and issue materials to Production/QC as needed.

The role requires the ability to work as part of a team, familiarity with SAP and logbooks, and adherence to safety practices including PPE usage. Previous warehouse experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous warehouse experience is mandatory.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow cGMP and SOP compliance during all warehouse operations.
• Receipt, inspection, dedusting, and storage of incoming shipments.
• Material handling and storage of goods in appropriate conditions.
• Perform physical inventory checks and stock keeping in SAP.
• Issue materials to Production/QC and retrieve excess materials.
• Prepare gate passes, delivery notes, packing lists and invoices.
