GMG Gulf in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Warehouse Assistant - Pharmacy Operations to support receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of pharmacy products. The role involves on-site work across ambient, chilled and freezer storage, using handheld and RF devices, ensuring stock accuracy and proper handling.

Candidates with warehouse, pharmacy distribution, FMCG or retail experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, pharmacy distribution, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in chilled and freezer areas.
• Good attention to detail when checking products, quantities, and expiry dates.
• Ability to follow warehouse procedures and product handling instructions.
• Careful and organized approach to daily inventory and order preparation activities.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming pharmacy products, check deliveries, and store items in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch using handheld devices and RF scanners.
• Verify product expiry dates and batch numbers during inventory handling.
• Apply FEFO and FIFO stock rotation practices.
• Replenish inventory across ambient, chilled, and freezer storage areas.
• Identify and report damaged, expired, or incorrectly supplied products.
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory verification activities.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse storage and working areas.
• Follow pharmacy product handling procedures, quality standards, hygiene requirements, and workplace safety instructions.
