Kerno is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Dubai Silicon Oasis to move materials from receiving to production and ensure correct storage, traceability and timely availability for manufacturing.

You will work with supply chain, planning, production and quality teams to handle deliveries, stock movements and packing for dispatch in a fast-paced electronics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/logistics cert is a plus.
• 2+ years warehouse experience, preferably electronics/manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS and basic MS Excel.
• UAE forklift license is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability, ability to work well in a fast-paced team.

Responsabilités

• Receive shipments, check quantities against PO and delivery notes, and hand materials over to IQC for inspection.
• Store materials and components in correct locations, following FIFO and labeling requirements.
• Handle electronic components with care, following ESD and moisture-sensitive storage procedures.
• Pick, kit and issue materials to production based on work orders, and restock surplus items.
• Update stock movements accurately in the ERP / inventory system and support cycle counts and stock audits.
• Prepare finished goods for dispatch, including packing, labeling and shipping documentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe, following 5S and health and safety guidelines.

Manufacturing Dubai Silicon Oasis Full-time

We're looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our manufacturing operations team and keep materials moving smoothly from receiving dock to production floor. Working closely with supply chain, planning, production and quality teams, you'll handle everything from incoming supplier deliveries to issuing components to the line. You'll make sure every part is stored correctly, tracked accurately and available exactly when production needs it. In electronics manufacturing, careful handling and accurate stock make a real difference, and this role is central to both.

What you’ll do

• Receive incoming shipments, check quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes, and hand materials over to IQC for inspection.
• Store materials and components in the correct locations, following FIFO and labelling requirements.
• Handle electronic components with care, following ESD (electrostatic discharge) and moisture-sensitive storage procedures.
• Pick, kit and issue materials to production based on work orders, and return or restock surplus items.
• Update stock movements accurately in the ERP / inventory system and support regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Prepare finished goods for dispatch, including packing, labelling and shipping documentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe, following 5S and health and safety guidelines.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical or logistics certificate is a plus.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience, ideally in an electronics, manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems and basic MS Excel.
• A valid UAE forklift license is an advantage.
