Responsibilities

• Lead daily stock loading unloading receiving and dispatch operations.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage and verify shipments against delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software.
• Enter data, draft basic business correspondence and compile daily or weekly reports.
• Maintain filing systems for shipping documents, invoices and staff logs.
• Assign and oversee daily tasks for warehouse helpers and support staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Report accidents, stock shortages or facility issues to management promptly.
