Responsibilities

• Lead annual warehouse plan and manage the associated budget, ensuring operations stay within financial parameters.
• Implement warehouse processes and flows to comply with policies and to minimize cost and overtime.
• Optimize space, route analysis, and inventory integrity to improve efficiency on the warehouse floor.
• Develop and maintain processes to enhance customer experience and timely order fulfilment.
• Coach and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and uphold HSE standards.
