Job summary

ADEAREST in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Store In-Charge responsible for all store operations including shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory control, documentation, and team supervision.

You will ensure accurate records, timely material delivery, proper storage, and a safe working environment, leading the store team and coordinating with projects. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in ERP/inventory systems and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the store team; ensure adherence to company policies.
• Manage daily store operations: receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, real-time system posting, cycle counts, and stock accuracy.
• Document all warehouse transactions, deliveries, and material movements.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials to projects and production.
• Organize store layout and ensure proper storage of high-value materials.
• Monitor consumable stock levels and tool issuance/returns.
• Verify supplies received against requisitions and invoices; report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and support management with required documentation.
