Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in Dubai, UAE to oversee daily parts warehousing and storekeeping. You will supervise the team, coordinate receipt, storage, picking, issuing and dispatch of parts, and ensure inbound, outbound and internal warehouse processes are completed accurately and on schedule.

The role requires a practical understanding of inventory procedures, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and the ability to guide team members while adapting to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a similar warehouse or storekeeping role
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good analytical abilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehousing activities including receipt, storage, issuing, and delivery of parts
• Ensure accurate warehouse transactions through the inventory system
• Coordinate inbound, outbound and internal activities to maintain efficiency
• Monitor KPI targets and support order fulfilment
• Investigate customer claims and report discrepancies
• Lead safety, housekeeping and team activities
