Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator in Dubai to manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate tools and material flow, and support logistics activities across stores and distribution. The role requires a Diploma and 3+ years in aviation/MRO warehousing, with ERP and MS Office proficiency.

You will work with the Shift Duty Officer to ensure timely delivery, maintain safety standards, and contribute to performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Higher Education Diploma (12+2) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Warehouse and logistics, preferably in Aviation/MRO.
• Sound knowledge in office applications / systems and warehouse / inventory ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks across Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Sub Stores, Tool Stores, and Spares Distribution.
• Coordinate Warehouse & Logistics activities with Shift Duty Officer and customers to meet timelines.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and assist in daily reports and KPI monitoring.
