Department: Operations / Logistics
Location: NEP Middle East – Dubai, UAE
Reports to: Head of Operations / Warehouse Manager
Direct Reports: Warehouse Assistants, Drivers, Freelancers (as needed)

Role Overview:

As Warehouse Supervisor at NEP Middle East, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe handling of broadcast equipment and materials. You will manage the dispatch, receipt, storage, and return processes, while coordinating closely with the technical and production teams to support the delivery of high-profile events and productions.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations & Coordination

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including equipment check-in/check-out, inventory movements, and preparation for live projects.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing equipment is accurately scanned, recorded, cleaned, and stored.
  • Coordinate loading/unloading, packing, and shipment schedules with internal teams and logistics providers.

Inventory & Asset Management

  • Oversee inventory control processes including tagging, barcode scanning, and regular cycle counts.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper documentation using internal systems (e.g., HERO, ClearCo, etc.).
  • Identify and report damaged or missing equipment; coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.

Team Supervision & Safety

  • Supervise and schedule the warehouse team, including freelancers and drivers.
  • Enforce safety procedures and cleanliness standards within the warehouse.
  • Provide guidance and hands-on support for technical packing and operational best practices.
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, and production teams to ensure equipment readiness and availability for events.
  • Support equipment requests for last-minute changes and on-site needs.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate documentation of equipment transfers, dispatch notes, delivery records, and internal forms.
  • Provide weekly status reports to management, including inventory levels, issues, and recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience; experience in broadcast or events industries is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory systems, and equipment handling.
  • Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse tracking tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred (forklift license is a bonus).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive team leader with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks when required.
