Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Warehouse In-Charge/Senior Storekeeper to independently manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and storekeeping activities in Ras Al Khaimah. The role requires supervision of receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch, plus maintaining accurate stock and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ERP/inventory systems, MS Excel, and the ability to oversee warehouse staff while ensuring safety and compliance with

Qualifications

• Experience as Warehouse In-Charge or similar role in stores/warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to independently manage stores and daily activities.
• Good knowledge of receiving, issuance, stock control, and documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP / inventory systems; MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to supervise teams.
• Forklift driving experience preferred; license/certification adds advantage.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and store operations efficiently.
• Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory movement.
• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, binning, and storage.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Site teams for material requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation of delivery notes, material issue notes, GRNs, and related warehouse documentation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper material arrangement.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, HSE requirements, and company policies.
• Manage warehouse staff/helpers and allocate daily tasks where required.
• Support audits and maintain complete warehouse and inventory documentation.
• Operate or support forklift activities when required.

• We are looking for an experienced Warehouse In-Charge / Senior Storekeeper who can independently manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and storekeeping activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse In-Charge, Senior Storekeeper, Storekeeper, or Warehouse Supervisor.
• Strong experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to independently manage stores and warehouse activities.
• Good knowledge of material receiving, issuance, stock control, and documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP / inventory management systems is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse reporting.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to supervise warehouse teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Forklift driving experience is preferred.
• Forklift license/certification would be an added advantage.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
