Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading merchandise from delivery vehicles.
• Receive and arrange incoming stock in the warehouse.
• Assist with picking and packing products according to store and delivery requirements.
• Sort, organize, label, tag, and arrange merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
• Support stock transfers between the warehouse and retail stores.
• Assist with inter-store transfers and returns.
• Handle fashion products, accessories, beauty products, and other merchandise carefully to avoid damage.
• Assist with stock counting and physical inventory checks.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse.
• Follow proper FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.
• Assist with preparing cartons and merchandise for store deliveries.
• Ensure products are stored safely and correctly according to warehouse procedures.
• Support the warehouse team during stock receiving, dispatch, and stock-taking activities.
• Follow all company health, safety, and warehouse procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, preferably in retail, fashion, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle products.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move cartons and merchandise.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
