Job summary

Techno lube L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a warehouse/inventory control specialist to support quality assurance and efficient stock management. You will document batch samples, monitor finished goods levels, and ensure safe handling of harmful materials.

You will maintain audit-ready records, follow regulatory standards, and help improve processes to reduce errors while boosting productivity. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience and proficiency with WMS and barcode scanning.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a warehouse or inventory control role.
• Experience with WMS and barcode scanning is preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office are required.

Responsibilities

• Check and document samples from each batch to ensure product quality and performance.
• Track finished goods inventory levels, ensuring records reflect actual stock.
• Ensure activities meet industry regulations and environmental standards, especially regarding hazardous substances.
• Maintain logs of quality checks, inventory levels, and inspections for compliance and traceability.
• Ensure documentation is organized for audits.
• Verify materials, especially oils and chemicals, are handled, stored, and disposed of safely.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure safety protocols in handling and storage of lubricants and raw materials.
• Monitor for leaks or spills, ensuring proper procedures are followed to prevent contamination or accidents.
• Ensure production processes are carried out according to set protocols.
• Check that all equipment functions properly to prevent downtime or product contamination.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality checks, reduce errors, and enhance productivity.
