BDP International, a member of the PSA Group, is seeking a Warehouse and Overland Transport Coordinator in the UAE. You will coordinate inbound/outbound warehouse activities, monitor receiving and dispatch, and ensure inventory accuracy, reporting to UAE Warehousing and Overland Transportation Manager.
The role requires a four-year BS/BA degree and 0-1 year experience in customer service; strong communication and teamwork; PC literacy with MS Office.

Scope: To coordinate daily warehouse and overland transport activities, ensuring smooth movement of goods, timely deliveries, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company and customer requirements. The role supports operational efficiency while maintaining service quality and cost control. This role will report directly to Warehousing and Overland Transportation Manager - UAE.
Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular checks and system updates.
Maintain proper documentation for warehouse transactions.
Support cycle counts and stock reconciliation activities.
Ensure warehouse housekeeping and safety standards are maintained.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding shipment status and stock availability.
Plan and coordinate local and cross border overland shipments.
Arrange transport bookings with approved vendors and carriers.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely movement of cargo.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
Coordinate customs and transport documentation where required.
Handle transport related issues, delays, or operational challenges promptly.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company procedures.
Respond to customer inquiries related to shipments and inventory.
Maintain strong communication with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers, and customers.
Prepare operational reports and shipment updates.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and transport operations.
Assist in cost control and operational efficiency measures.
