Binance is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage exchange wallets, oversee deposits/withdrawals, monitor transactions, and coordinate network upgrades. This role emphasizes risk mitigation, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced crypto environment.

We require 8+ years in crypto wallet operations or related areas, with strong knowledge of blockchain tech (EVM, Polkadot, Cosmos), on-chain tools, and custody models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in crypto wallet operations or related roles; regulatory exposure a plus.
• Familiarity with EVM, Polkadot, Cosmos and other blockchains.
• Experience with on-chain analysis tools, DeFi protocols, and new projects.
• Knowledge of wallet infrastructure: nodes, signing services, and custody models (HW, MPC, HSM, KSM).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make clear, impact-focused decisions.
• Thrives in a 24/7 crypto environment; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wallet operations (deposits/withdrawals) and uptime.
• Monitor blockchain transactions and resolve delays or failures.
• Coordinate network upgrades and testing with no issues.
• Prepare monthly wallet balance and transaction reports for FSRA regulatory submission.
• Monitor internal alerts and coordinate with stakeholders to respond to incidents.
• Review risk and controls to prevent impact to users.
• Analyze competitor products and industry trends for improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve wallet-related inquiries; liaise with regulators and auditors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wallet Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits, withdrawals.
  • Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures.
  • Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets.
  • Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events and testing with no issues.
• Risk Mitigation & Compliance:
  • Prepared monthly wallet balance and transaction reports for regulatory submission to FSRA
  • Monitor Internal Alerts and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to react to incidents and implement safeguards.
  • Continuously review existing risk and controls to prevent potential future impact to the firm or users.
• Process Optimization:
  • Review internal processes and simplify or automate processes to enhance efficiency and users experience.
  • Analyze competitor product and industry trends to identify potential product/process enhancements.
• Cross-Functional & External Collaboration:
  • Work with Customer Support to resolve wallet-related user inquiries.
  • Partner with Stakeholders across various departments to solve customer pain-points and enhance our productCommunicate and collaborate with regulators, auditors and external parties for licensing and other certifications as required.

Requirements

• - At least 8+ years in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, compliance or a related role.Had experiences in facing regulators would be a plus
• - Familiarity with various blockchain technologies notwithstanding EVM, Polkadot, Cosmos, etc.
• - Familiarity with on-chain analysis tools, DeFi protocols, and new projects.
• - Familiarity with wallet infrastructure such as nodes, signing services and wallet custody models (Hardware wallet, MPC, HSM, KSM, Embedded Custody).
• - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• - Ability to stay calm in pressure situations and make clear decisions with thorough impact analysis.
• - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment, passionate and self starter.
• - Experience in Tradfi - Custody experience is a plus.
