Job summary

PACT Employment Services seeks a dynamic Field Sales Executive for POS payments in Dubai. You will prospect new merchant opportunities, build relationships with POS merchants, and articulate the value of payment services to clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years sales experience in UAE banking/payments, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid UAE driving license. You should be self-motivated and ready to meet sales targets within a fast-growing payments environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven relevant sales experience in UAE banking or payments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of payment systems, POS terminals, and merchant acquiring processes.
• Results-driven, motivated self-starter with a valid UAE driving license.
• Residence in Abu Dhabi or Northern Emirates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and identifying new client opportunities within the target merchant base
• Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential POS merchants
• Understanding client needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our payment services
• Achieving defined sales targets and contributing to departmental growth
• Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure client needs are met
• Acting as a key point of contact for assigned merchant clients providing support and resolving issues

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven relevant Sales experience within the UAE Banking sector (strong preference for Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Card Acquiring/Debit/Credit Cards).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, POS terminals, and merchant acquiring processes is a significant advantage.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
• A valid UAE Driving License required.
• Candidates currently residing in Abu Dhabi and across the Northern Emirates, including Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain, will be preferred.
