Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a premium hotel or restaurant, fluent English and another language, and good knowledge of beverages and cuisines. Strong grooming and teamwork are essential in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant.
• Good knowledge of international/local cuisine and beverages.
• Secondary school diploma or above.
• Fluent English and one other language for guest demographics.
• Knowledge of MS Office and POS software is preferred.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are

• Greet guests warmly and provide an engaging personalized dining experience
• Present menus offer recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of all items
• Set up maintain and clear tables according to outlet standards
• Serve food and beverages with precision attention to detail and proper etiquette
• Work closely with colleagues supervisors and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate guest preferences allergies and special requests clearly to the kitchen and bar
• Adhere to Wynn grooming uniform and professional conduct standards
• Follow all hygiene sanitation and food safety guidelines
• Anticipate guest needs check on satisfaction and provide proactive service
• Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensure all interactions reflect Wynn s service philosophy and Forbes standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area side stations and service equipment
• Support opening closing and shift change procedures
• Follow all SOPs related to service flow order handling and guest engagement

About You:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant
• Good product knowledge of international/local cuisine, beverages preparation methods.
• Secondary school diploma or above
• Fluent spoken English and one other language specified for restaurant guest demographics
• Knowledge of MS Office, POS Software will be preferred
