• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and attentive service in line with Hyatt brand standards, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, explain offerings, make recommendations, and accommodate special requests.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and serve items per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, promotions, and hotel offerings to enhance the guest experience and upsell opportunities.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain dining areas, tables, and stations before, during, and after service.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards, and Hyatt procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to deliver seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences.
