The ideal candidates will deliver high-quality service to ensure guest satisfaction while upholding service standards in a fast-paced environment. • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints courteously and efficiently
• Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures as per company standards
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a hotel or restaurant preferred
