Job summary

AL BATHA REAL ESTATE CO.LLC is seeking a professional waiter/waitress to join our hospitality team in Sharjah. You will welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service. The role requires strong English communication, a guest-focused attitude, and a neat, professional appearance.

UAE-based candidates and availability on short notice are advantageous. Experience in food and beverage service is preferred, and the successful candidate will uphold

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Previous waiter/waitress experience preferred.
• Based in UAE preferred and available to join on short notice.
• Good understanding of food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service and presentation standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean and maintained throughout service.
• Attend to guest requests, inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Promote and upsell menu items, promotions and special offers.
• Handle bills and payments accurately when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and service procedures.
• Maintain excellent personal grooming and professional appearance at all times.

• Currently based in the UAE preferred.
