Job summary

PHRS Hospitality Experts is seeking experienced Waiters to join the Food & Beverage team of a prestigious luxury property in Dubai, UAE. As a Waiter, you will deliver attentive, personalized dining service and create memorable experiences for every guest.

Join a high-end environment with strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and professional presentation. Arabic or additional languages are an advantage, with accommodations and transport provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and sequence of service.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service to every guest.
• Welcome guests and assist them throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including basic wine and beverage knowledge.
• Ensure tables and service areas are set up and maintained.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and colleagues to ensure smooth service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Support upselling initiatives through menu and beverage recommendations.
• Participate in pre-service briefings and stay updated on daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and presentation.
• Follow food safety and operational procedures.
• Support colleagues during busy service periods and foster teamwork.
