Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment (fresher candidates with strong potential will be considered).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic & English.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures as required.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Adapt to rotating schedules and different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage Division as needed.
