Job summary

MOUNT PLEASANT TECHNICAL SERVICES in Dubai seeks a Mechanical Engineer specializing in VRF system design. You will design and engineer VRF systems for commercial and residential projects, prioritizing performance and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing P ID diagrams and installation drawings in CAD, conducting site surveys, and performing advanced load calculations and energy modeling to predict savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience specifically in VRF system design and application engineering.
• PE license or EIT certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in HVAC load calculation software (HAP, Trace) and CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP).

• Design and engineer Variable Refrigerant Flow VRF systems ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency for diverse commercial and residential projects.
• Develop detailed system schematics P ID diagrams and installation drawings using CAD software adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather critical data for accurate system design including building layout load calculations and existing infrastructure.
• Perform advanced load calculations and energy modeling for VRF systems utilizing specialized software to predict performance and identify potential savings.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 1 years of progressive experience specifically in VRF system design and application engineering.
