Job summary

Accor is seeking a Vice President Rights & Inclusion to lead global strategy for human rights and inclusive hospitality across brands and regions. The role reports to the Chief Sustainability Officer and leads a dedicated team in advancing ethical performance and sustainability.

The ideal candidate brings a decade of social impact leadership, ESG transformation experience, and strong multilingual communication, with a track record in cross-functional leadership and international programs.

Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience in social impact leadership and ESG transformation.
• Experience defining and deploying social impact strategies at scale.
• International environments and multi-regional priorities.
• Stakeholder engagement, advocacy, partnerships and public affairs.
• Strong impact measurement and social performance management.
• Fluent in English and French; strong written and verbal communication.
• Strategic thinking translating global commitments into regional initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Strategic vision & roadmap: lead global HR and inclusive hospitality strategy and translate into regional/brand roadmaps.
• Human rights: oversee rights programs across guest and Heartist journeys with trainings and audits.
• Inclusive hospitality: scale accessibility programs for guests, including DEI commitments in Heartist programs.
• Advocacy & partnerships: build relationships with NGOs, public institutions, and industry groups.
• Performance & reporting: define KPIs, robust reporting, and compliance with standards.
• Market intelligence: monitor trends to inform Accor's stance on human rights and inclusion.
