Accor Group seeks a visionary executive to lead its rights and inclusion agenda across the global hospitality network. Based in Dubai, you will craft and drive a comprehensive human rights strategy and inclusive hospitality programs that integrate into guest journeys, Heartist experiences, and brand operations.

You will oversee a global team, engage with partners and regulators, and report on progress against ambitious sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in social impact or ESG transformation.
Experience leading globally across regions and multiple brands.
Strong stakeholder engagement, partnerships and public affairs skills.
Knowledge of benchmarking and international standards (UN Guiding Principles, ILO, OECD, UN Global Compact).
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

Define and lead Accor's global human rights and inclusion strategy.
Develop roadmaps turning commitments into regional/brand actions.
Oversee human rights training, audits, and worker voice mechanisms.
Monitor regulatory developments and align with international standards.
Define KPIs and report progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Build strategic partnerships with NGOs, public institutions, and industry bodies.
