Ladd & Co. is recruiting a Vice President for its Real Estate Structuring practice in the United Arab Emirates.

The VP will lead real estate transactions end-to-end, manage acquisition processes, structure financings, and act as the principal client’s day-to-day contact. The role requires deep real estate execution credibility, fluency across financing markets, and the judgment to advise principals on structuring, jurisdiction, and tax implications of significant real estate decisions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years' relevant experience, including substantive transaction or mandate leadership.
• Established credibility with clients, counterparties, and counsel.
• Track record of independent execution on complex matters.
• Cross-border fluency expected.
• Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
