The firm, Ladd & Co., seeks an Associate for its Real Estate Structuring practice in Dubai. You will own workstreams across live real estate transactions, underwriting, financing structuring, and diligence coordination under senior supervision.

The role includes acquisition advisory, financing arrangements, and ongoing portfolio coordination across major markets where the firm operates; cross-border deals are common and collaboration across jurisdictions is essential.

Competenze

3–6 years' relevant experience at a leading advisory firm, investment bank, or principal investor.
Demonstrated workstream ownership on live transactions or mandates.
Strong technical foundation in the relevant practice area.
Cross-border execution experience preferred.
Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
