Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM, Organizational Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• AIHR, SHRM, STA HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the OD strategy and plans aligned with business priorities.
• Lead OD projects with KPIs, timelines, and governance.
• Engage with DCT sectors/departments to identify OD needs and opportunities.
• Design and deploy OD policies, procedures, processes and tools.
