First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a senior HR Technology leader to govern Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and drive automation and digital innovation across the HR function. The role focuses on delivering secure, compliant, and scalable HR technology solutions aligned with business requirements.

The incumbent will manage operations, project delivery, change management, and vendor performance while partnering with HR and IT to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency through AI-enabled

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, CS, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
10–12 years of HR technology, HR systems, or HR transformation in large organizations, preferably banking/financial services.
Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience: Core HR, workflows, security, reporting, integrations, release management, and production support.
Experience translating HR requirements to IT solutions and managing stakeholder relationships.
Hands-on experience delivering automation, self-service, AI, and workflow solutions to improve employee experience and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead HR technology operations, enhancements, testing, change management, and production support.
Act as the bridge between HR and IT, translating business requirements into technology outcomes and backlogs.
Drive automation, AI, and digital initiatives to improve employee experience and efficiency.
Manage HR tech backlog, sprint planning, governance, and vendor coordination.
Ensure Oracle Fusion HCM remains the core platform and govern security and compliance.
