Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank seeks an experienced HR Technology Lead to govern and continuously improve Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM as the core HR platform. You will liaison between HR and IT, manage system enhancements, automation initiatives, and transformation programs across HR operations.

You’ll drive adoption of AI, self-service, and digital tools while ensuring security, compliance, and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, CS, business, engineering, or related discipline.
• 10–12 years of HR technology experience in banking/financial services.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience including Core HR, workflows, security, reporting, integrations, release management, and production support.
• Experience bridging HR and IT translating requirements into technology solutions and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Hands-on automation, self-service, digital assistant, AI, and workflow delivery to improve employee experience.
• Knowledge of data governance, information security, compliance, vendor management, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of FAB's HR Technology landscape, ensuring systems are stable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business requirements.
• Support execution of HR Technology roadmap and portfolio priorities.
• Manage the HR technology demand pipeline based on business value, regulatory needs, and capacity.
• Monitor HR technology trends and recommend enhancements, automation opportunities, and innovative solutions.
• Ensure Oracle Fusion HCM remains core and optimized across end-to-end HR processes.
• Lead HR automation and AI initiatives to improve employee experience and efficiency.
• Act as primary interface between HR and IT for systems, projects, and delivery.
• Translate HR requirements into functional specifications and delivery plans.
• Represent HR in technology governance forums and manage HR interests and dependencies.
• Lead HR Technology projects, manage scope, milestones, risks, testing, and deployment.
• Provide governance of Oracle Fusion HCM, gather enhancement requests, and prioritize backlog.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle and drive change management and user adoption.
• Drive adoption of digital HR solutions, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
