You will shape offer architectures, steer campaigns, and build data-driven capabilities that maximize profitability and customer value.

The role requires a proven track record in data science leadership, advanced analytics, and executive communication within hospitality or gaming, focused on EBITA-aligned growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in database marketing, CRM, analytics, or gaming marketing.
• Deep understanding of ADT modeling, reinvestment strategy, and comp economics.
• Proven experience leading data science and analytics teams.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret P&L impact.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the gaming reinvestment strategy across all gaming customer segments.
• Lead long-term reinvestment strategy aligned with profitability targets.
• Define segmentation logic across lifecycle stages.
• Oversee predictive modelling strategy (ADT forecasting, churn, worth estimation).
• Oversee direct mail, email, SMS, digital and app campaigns.
• Lead CRM / Campaign Management, Data Science & Analytics, Segmentation & Strategy, and Marketing Operations.
