Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant discipline; 7+ years in financial services.
- 2+ years formal people management/leadership.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach; project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Responsibilities
- Manage client services for institutional clients; ensure SLAs met.
- Lead relationship management across geographies; negotiate SLAs.
- Coordinate client integrations and fund launches.
- Prepare quarterly client reports and KPIs.
- Mentor Managers on the Client Services team.
- Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell Citco products.
