Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Abu Dhabi seeks a Vice President, Institutional Services – Client Services to lead client relationships across hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and family offices.

You will drive SLAs, cross-functional coordination, growth opportunities, risk reviews, and quarterly KPI reporting, while mentoring managers and delivering excellence in a complex, multi-asset environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2+ years formal people management/leadership experience.
• Interest in the financial markets and asset management industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions/geographies.
• Highly analytical with emphasis on business processes, project management and data sciences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Creative problem solver with a solutions-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic communication with clients and negotiate service level agreements.
• Understand and communicate clients’ requests with Citco business functions, operations and support teams.
• Develop a broad understanding of Citco business lines and product/service propositions.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and cross-sell Citco products/services.
• Coordinate and oversee new client integrations and fund launches.
• Monitor and manage client SLAs and operational deliverables.
• Review client profitability and ensure revenues are tracked and recognized.
• Provide training and supervision to Managers on the Client Services team.
