Job summary

Citco in Abu Dhabi seeks a Vice President, Institutional Services - Client Services to lead senior client relationships with asset owners, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and family offices. You will ensure service deliverables, act as escalation point, and coordinate with global operations to meet and optimize SLAs.

You will drive strategic communication, oversee RFPs, support fund launches and cross-sell Citco products, while mentoring Managers on the Client Services team and delivering

Qualifications

• University degree with 7+ years in financial services, preferably hedge funds or investment firms.
• 2+ years formal people management/leadership experience.
• Strong interest in financial markets and asset management industry.
• Proven ability to work across functions/geographies with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly analytical with strengths in business processes, project management and data sciences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Creative problem solver with a solutions-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management for a diverse asset owner base.
• Negotiate service level agreements and coordinate with Citco functions and operations.
• Support fund launches and new client integrations with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor SLAs, client profitability, AR and revenue recognition.
