Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store visual display standards in accordance with company and brand guidelines
• Arrange merchandise, mannequins, signage, furniture, and backdrops to create engaging displays
• Dress mannequins and ensure seasonal and promotional themes are visually represented
• Stay updated on new product ranges, promotions, and best-selling items to support merchandising priorities
• Execute promotional campaigns and ensure in-store visibility of marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with signage suppliers for production and installation of promotional graphics
• Participate in new store openings and major visual projects, including hands-on display installation
• Optimize use of space, manpower, and resources to maximize visual impact
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation
