Key Responsibilities

• Implement mannequin styling according to visual presentation directives, seasonal trends, and brand standards.
• Execute new seasonal visual presentation guidelines and adapt them effectively to store layout, product availability, and customer flow.
• Create wall, table, window, and floor displays that show creativity, commercial focus, product detail, and strong visual storytelling.
• Maintain awareness of key product investments, best sellers, seasonal looks, campaign products, and priority categories.
• Manage point‑of‑purchase materials, mannequins, props, base identification, storage, returns, requests, and campaign care before and after visual updates.
• Follow all visual merchandising processes and procedures to deliver consistent best practices across the assigned store or area.
• Support back‑of‑house organization to ensure the sales floor receives the right visual materials, wardrobe imagery, benefit signs, and display support.
• Make visual merchandising decisions based on sales performance, customer response, best‑selling departments, and brand priorities.
• Contribute to photo reports, visual records, presentation summaries, campaign documentation, and store update tracking.
• Work with Assistant Visual Merchandisers and store teams to maintain accurate reporting of visual updates and campaign execution.
• Review visual activity schedules and ensure planned updates are delivered on time and in line with brand requirements.
• Support seasonal marketing updates, including wardrobe images, benefit signs, promotional materials, and campaign display elements.
• Provide feedback to the line manager and local suppliers on the quality, suitability, and content of visual materials.
• Assist in managing the marketing cart, visual merchandising costs, campaign props, and display‑related resources.
• Execute campaigns, events, product launches, and promotional activations in coordination with agencies or internal teams.
• Ensure store presentation, display standards, signage, product placement, housekeeping, and brand appearance remain consistent throughout trading hours.

Ideal Profile

• High school certificate or diploma.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising, retail display, store presentation, or fashion retail operations.
• Strong product and brand knowledge with the ability to present merchandise in a commercially attractive way.
• Good understanding of mannequin styling, window displays, seasonal campaigns, promotional materials, and visual presentation guidelines.
• Ability to interpret brand directives and convert them into practical store‑level displays.
• Creative eye for product placement, styling details, colour coordination, layout flow, and customer‑facing presentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with store teams, managers, visual teams, suppliers, and agencies.
• Customer service orientation with awareness of how visual standards influence the shopping experience.
• Comfortable reviewing sales performance, best sellers, and department trends to support visual decisions.
• Organised approach to props, POP materials, display tools, reporting, and campaign records.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment while maintaining accuracy, visual quality, and brand consistency.
