Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in large format department stores.
• Proven multi-category merchandising experience beyond garments and shoes.
• Familiar with UAE retail trends and Gulf markets preferred.
• Strong eye for color, lighting and space composition.
• Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design attractive floor plans for all departments.
• Rotate seasonal and promotional displays.
• Arrange garments, shoes, homeware and toys to maximize sales.
• Style mannequins and dress window displays to attract foot traffic.
• Optimize signage with clear price tags and banners.
• Analyze sales and adjust product placement based on trends.
• Maintain shelves, keep stock and presentation standards.
• Train store staff on daily presentation rules.
