• Willingness to travel across branches for installations.

Responsibilities

• Review branch layouts and displays to improve navigation and engagement.
• Develop display concepts and planograms for different store formats.
• Implement window and in-store displays aligned with launches and campaigns.
• Coordinate with merchandising and store teams for stock and product priorities.
• Create guidelines for signage, price visibility, and presentation.
• Visit branches to install or review displays and coach teams.
• Manage display materials and budgets, coordinating suppliers as needed.
• Use feedback and sales results to refine displays while ensuring safety and handling.
