Job summary

PPOAR in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail store team. You will ensure proper display and organization of products to drive sales and create an optimal shopping experience for customers.

Work closely with the buying team to align with brand vision, create appealing visual displays, maintain stock, and monitor inventory. You will train sales associates and analyze sales data to improve placement and displays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of merchandising or similar retail experience.
• Strong visual merchandising knowledge and trend awareness.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the buying team to understand the brand's vision and product assortment.
• Create visual displays that are visually appealing and align with the brand's aesthetic.
• Ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs or issues to the buying team.
• Collaborate with store management to plan and execute promotions and sales events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
• Train and supervise sales associates on proper merchandising techniques.
• Continuously analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in product placement and visual displays.
