• Work closely with the Visas and Compliance team to ensure a seamless student experience and continual process improvement.
• Apply knowledge of UAE visa regulations and higher education experience to ensure accurate guidance and compliance.

Job description

Hult International Business School, Dubai Campus is seeking an experienced UAE visa and compliance professional with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, highly organized, and possess outstanding communication and customer service skills.

In this front-line role, you will provide expert guidance and support to both new and current students across all academic programs, from Undergraduate to Postgraduate levels, throughout every stage of the UAE student visa journey. This includes managing and advising on the full visa lifecycle, from new visa applications and renewals to visa cancellations and compliance requirements.

Working closely with the Visas and Compliance team, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless student experience while supporting and continuously improving all aspects of Hult Dubai's visa and compliance processes. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of UAE visa regulations and experience managing student visa cases within a higher education environment.
