Job summary

Hult International Business School, Dubai Campus seeks an experienced UAE visa and compliance professional. The role manages full UAE student visa lifecycle, guides students through applications, renewals, and cancellations, and ensures compliance with UAE regulations.

The candidate will work with the Visas and Compliance team, support rotating students, maintain records, and contribute to process improvements while delivering excellent customer service to students and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Higher Education environment, supporting international students.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing UAE student visa and immigration processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the full UAE visa lifecycle and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with students, government authorities, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Independently manage the full UAE student visa lifecycle, including applications, renewals, amendments, transfers and cancellations.
• Guide students through each stage of the visa process to ensure a positive experience.
• Support students rotating to Dubai from other Hult campuses and manage Rotation Visa Portal.
• Coordinate the UAE visa cancellation process and track requirements.
• Monitor visa cases and maintain regular contact to ensure timely documentation submission.
• Maintain accurate visa/compliance records across Hult systems.
• Support compliance initiatives, reporting, and visa service delivery with the team.
• Build relationships with Enrollment Advisors and Admissions to update on visa status.
• Deliver visa-related training and updates for students and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners for coordinated student support.
• Meet service levels, deadlines, and maintain high accuracy and customer service.
• Participate in orientation and other student-facing events as required.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects.
