Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years in Higher Education supporting international students.
• 2+ years of UAE student visa and immigration process experience.
• Knowledge of full UAE visa lifecycle and compliance requirements.
• Attention to detail and high-level confidentiality with documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with students, parents, government entities, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with students, authorities, partners, and stakeholders.
• Independently manage the full UAE student visa lifecycle (applications, renewals, amendments, transfers, cancellations).
• Provide timely, student-focused support for visa-related inquiries.
• Assist with Rotation Visa Portal administration for students rotating to Dubai.
• Coordinate visa cancellation processes and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate visa/compliance records across systems.
• Support compliance initiatives and visa service delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Advisors and Admissions for visa status updates.
• Deliver visa-related training and information sessions.
