Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Virtual Relationship Manager to service a large retail portfolio through digital and telecommunication channels from Dubai. You will act as the primary contact, delivering personalized service, driving upgrades, and referrals while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes achieving KPIs, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring compliance with KYC/AML in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or relationship management (preferably virtual/call-center).
• Strong knowledge of banking products, customer segmentation, and digital channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 1,000 retail customers via face-to-face, phone, email, and digital banking channels.
• Provide personalized service by understanding each customer’s profile, banking habits, and financial needs.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade from Gold to Diamond and cross-sell banking products.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
